In R-technology with rosettes according to DIN 18255 and DIN EN 1906 made of polyamide, high-gloss surface, consisting of a U-shaped door handle made of polyamide with a continuous steel core extending to the end of the handle. The handle is uniformly colored with a diameter of 20 mm and features a guide and locking groove. Installation is done by simply snapping the door handles into the pre-mounted components on the door. The locking can be released using a disassembly key. The handle meets the requirements of DIN EN 179 and DIN 18040.

The rosette substructure is in a plastic-stainless steel composite construction, usable for DIN left and DIN right. It has a fixed rotating bearing of the handles with automatically engaging all-round locking and a 5 mm bearing point, functioning as a maintenance-free sliding bearing with an elastic compensation area and a second bearing point in the handle neck.

The concealed, loosening-proof screw connection includes an M4 screw and sleeve screw combination, as well as a support pin. The rosette cover cap is round, made of uniformly colored polyamide, with a diameter of 55 mm, a height of 13 mm, curved, and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm.

Designed and tested for the object sector, the usage category according to DIN EN 1906 is Class 4, set with a square pin of 8 mm, for door thickness of 38-48 mm, and a handle length of 138 mm. Additional technical properties include a handle length of 138 mm, fastening system of R-technology, addition of D/D, handle depth of 67 mm, cam distance of 38 mm, and color number 33, following the standard DIN 1906.
