Due to the high density of the radiation protection compound, both soft and hard X-rays are absorbed. The box is particularly suitable for lead-free radiation protection walls and ensures a lead equivalence of the wall up to 3 mm Pb due to its dose-reducing effect in the tube voltage range between 40 - 150 kV, even with opposite installation.
