KERN-DEUDIAM is now the market leader in Europe for the production of hole saws for electrical installations. For this manufacturing process, specially developed production machines are used in conjunction with industrial robots.

Whether with roof segments or short segments - "mouse teeth" - all core bits are sharp and aggressive in the material from the very beginning. Laser welding prevents segment loss due to overheating.

The hole saws from KERN-DEUDIAM are generally laser-welded and are predominantly produced in sizes Ø 68 and Ø 8 mm. KERN-DEUDIAM's standard program also includes hole saws for extremely demanding materials, such as highly compacted aerated concrete or lightly reinforced concrete.
