The dense braiding of galvanized steel wires protects against mechanical damage, ensuring a longer service life even under rough use compared to conventional silicone cables. The SiO2 ash framework remaining after flame treatment has insulating properties. This cable is ideally suited for areas with high ambient temperatures and significant mechanical stress. Examples include steel and glass works, cement and ceramics works, foundries, shipbuilding, and furnace construction.
