The SKINTOP GMP-GL-M counter nut from Lapp Kabel is a highly functional component specifically designed for use with SKINTOP cable glands. It provides a reliable solution for securing cable glands in applications where no threads are present. The counter nut is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, which gives it high mechanical stability, making it ideal for demanding environments. With a metric thread size of M40 and a thread pitch of 1.5 mm, it meets the requirements of the EN 50262 standard. The design allows for easy handling, as the contact surface for the wrench prevents scratching of the housing. This counter nut is halogen-free and offers a temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
