Ulmia 277-600 Tension Saw Japanese Blade Model C 600 mm

The Japanese saw blades give this frame saw an unimaginable turbo power. The laser-hardened special teeth ensure effortless and smooth cuts as well as the highest surface quality. Maximum surface quality for all types of wood, both along and across the grain. These saw blades achieve a significantly longer lifespan compared to conventional saw blades.

Special Features:
The saw arm is made from the finest tempered beech, the handle is oval-shaped, and the seat of the saw blade is left at full thickness. All surfaces are finely sanded and all edges are rounded. The saw bridge is made from the best lime wood, is oval, lightweight, elastic, and shock-absorbing, with a glued armrest to reinforce the saw frame. The tension wire is made from 2.2 mm thick twisted wire, galvanized and rust-free. The threaded bolt is made of steel with threads for the steel wing nut for tensioning. The saw blade is made of high-quality Swedish steel, ready to use, i.e., it is set and sharpened, with various tooth types, partially point-hardened, thus no resharpening is required. It has a thread, made of steel, stable design, with a cover plate for the saw blade holder. The saw horn (handle) is made from the finest tempered beech wood, beautifully turned. The armrest is made from strong white beech wood to reinforce the saw frame and accommodate the iron spring. The steel spring is embedded halfway into the saw arm and halfway into the saw cross to support the saw blade. All wooden surfaces are finely sanded and treated with a highly abrasion-resistant natural varnish.
