Product details
The DDF481RTJ cordless drill driver is compact and powerful, making it suitable for all screwing tasks. The torque of the cordless screwdriver can be optimally adjusted over 21 settings plus a drilling mode. Thanks to the quick-change chuck, changing the tools takes just seconds. With its 2-speed all-metal gearbox, it offers excellent power transmission for drilling and screwing tasks. The speed of the cordless drill driver can be easily and continuously adjusted. The integrated LED ensures that the workpiece is always clearly visible. The DDF481RTJ comes with two 18-volt lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 5.0 ampere-hours. The two-speed gearbox of the Makita drill driver has a speed range of 0 to 550 revolutions per minute in the first gear and up to 2,100 revolutions in the second gear. The fine chuck clamping range of 1.5 millimeters indicates the sensitivity of the tasks the screwdriver can handle, with a maximum of 13 millimeters. It can drill holes up to 76 millimeters thick in wood and 13 millimeters in steel. For soft screwing tasks, a torque of 60 Newton meters is provided, while for hard screwing tasks, an impressive 115 Newton meters is available. To manage this power effectively, the DDF also features a second handle that provides significant leverage, helping to keep the screwdriver securely in hand even in tough situations. The motor is brushless, which means greater energy efficiency, lower maintenance, and longevity; this also allows for a compact housing design. The battery has a capacity indicator. Additionally, two LED work lights on the left and right of the housing illuminate dark work areas. The package includes the Makita MAKPAC case size 2, two BL1850 type batteries, the DC18RC charger, a side handle, and a belt clip.
