You can work without interruptions; while one battery is charging, you can continue using the second battery. With a blade length of 60 centimeters, you can trim various hedges and branches with a diameter of up to 21.5 millimeters. You can adjust the cutting speed with three settings on the guard, depending on what you are trimming. For example, choose a high speed for a boxwood hedge and a low speed for a beech hedge. The rear handle can also be rotated, making it easier to trim from any side. The DUH602Z with two 3.0 Ah batteries is part of the Makita LXT 18V battery platform, allowing you to use the batteries for other (garden) tools within the same platform.
