EN 353-2 - Free-running fall arrest device with an attached energy absorber that reduces the impact forces occurring during a fall. The device is only supplied complete with ropes of 16 mm diameter. It is primarily used in climbing areas, allowing the user to keep both hands free to transport materials or when the anchorage point is further away from the workplace. These products are tested and approved for vertical and horizontal use with expected stress from a fall over an edge.
