The DET24C represents a new generation of ground resistance clamps designed to measure the resistance in a grounding system. These current clamps induce a voltage in the loop and measure the current flowing in the grounding system. From this, the resistance of the ground loop can be determined. This allows for the measurement of resistance in grounding or lightning protection systems without the need to disconnect individual ground rods.
