Manufacturing Quality: The MOB Group acquired TALABOT, one of the leading European manufacturers of files and rasps, 30 years ago. The rasps are made from steel with a lower carbon content (0.45%). MOB continuously monitors the chemical composition of the steel. Through optimal hardening, a hardness of 53 HRC can be guaranteed for the rasps. The rasps from MOB comply with the NF E 75 001-75 002 standard. Dimensions: Length is specified in mm, excluding the tang. The rasps allow for the processing of soft metals: aluminum, lead, plastic, and wood. The cut of the rasps is measured by the number of teeth per cm². There are three types: 1) Coarse. 2) Medium. 3) Fine. 2-K Handle: Polypropylene - for high durability and precision. Elastomer - flexible and comfortable - no sweating or heating of the hand.
