A powerful gas smoker with a large smoking area. The smoker features four racks and hanging hooks on the ceiling to suspend whole fish inside. The ash drawer and burner are located in a separate area that is accessible during smoking without lowering the temperature of the smoking chamber. The stainless steel burner with 4.4 kW ensures even heat and smoke production. Four chrome-plated smoking racks measuring 34 x 35 cm are included. An enamelled liquid/fat collection tray is installed beneath the racks, and smoking dust is placed in the enamelled ash drawer. Sturdy handles make it easy to move the smoker.
