The Nuki Smart Lock can be easily attached to the inside of your door over your existing lock cylinder and key. Depending on the height of the cylinder, the Smart Lock is either clipped onto it or glued to the door. The key is turned once you have configured your Smart Lock with the Nuki app. You can easily lock and unlock the door by swiping on your smartphone or using a connected smartwatch. If you have activated Auto Unlock, the Nuki Smart Lock recognizes your phone and automatically opens the door for you without you having to lift a finger. When you leave your house and want the Nuki Smart Lock to lock behind you on a timer, simply use the Lock 'n' Go feature in the Nuki app or press the button on the Smart Lock. Manage access permissions for your family, friends, guests, handymen, or babysitters - whether permanent, recurring, or one-time. If you wish, the Nuki app can also record who opened or closed your Smart Lock and when. Note: The key thickness must not exceed 4 mm; for certain Kabastar keys, the approximately 6 mm thick chip must be removed from the key.
