OBO Bettermann's fire protection wrap type CL-KS is used indoors as a cable sealing solution for individual cables, cable bundles, and electrical installation pipe bundles (EIR). The material that expands in the event of a fire is used to seal fire compartments for a maximum duration of 90 minutes. The sealing consists of a flexible wrap that is secured with wire. The cable sealing can be installed quickly and easily. When wrapping the cables, it is important to note how many layers the respective medium needs to be wrapped (cable bundles and rigid EIR at least 2 layers, and flexible EIR at least 3 layers).
