Use the versatile smooth sizzler side for fajitas or frying eggs, or flip it over to use the Ooni Grizzler ribs for perfectly seared grill marks on your meat. Take advantage of the custom detachable handles to safely place the double-sided Grizzler Plate in and out of the oven while hot, or serve it directly at the table on the included beechwood serving board.
