The Outdoorchef DualChef 315 G does not require a rear burner for rotisserie dishes. The ingenious, newly developed DGS Heat Diffuser directs the heat from the lower burners specifically towards the optionally available rotisserie basket. This allows the food to cook evenly, just like traditional grilling with a rear burner, resulting in a surface with delicious roasted flavors. Dripping fat collects in a specially shaped catch container of the diffuser and is directed downwards, preventing any risk of flare-ups. Safety while using the grill has also been considered. With the Safety Light System (SLS), you can easily see which burner is currently receiving gas. The illuminated ring on the control knob automatically activates when the valve is opened and turns off when the burner is switched off. As an additional highlight, a light sensor is integrated into the control panel, which automatically adjusts the intensity of the light to the ambient brightness.
