Abrasive additives in the coating ensure higher removal rates. Classified under ISO 2421 as "Cylindrical Grinding Sleeves." GSB stands for bulk packaging grinding sleeves.

• Application recommendation: To ensure a secure fit of the grinding sleeve, adhere to the minimum speed of the grinding sleeve holder. For optimal performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s. For easy changing of grinding sleeves, slide them on and off with a slight right-hand twist while keeping the grinding sleeve holder clamped in the tool drive. Use suitable grinding oil for the material to significantly increase the tool's service life and grinding performance.
• Processable materials: Cobalt-based alloys, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (54 HRC), stainless steel (INOX), nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hastelloy), hardened, tempered steels over 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC).
