The Cerbon Plus series garden hoses Proline are four-layer products made of a flexible PVC suspension based on polyvinyl chloride and other components that improve flexibility at low temperatures, additionally reinforced with a textile wrap. The product is intended for pumping water with an operating pressure of 10 bar (at 20°C) and an explosion pressure of more than 30 bar (at 20°C). The temperature range is from -25°C to +60°C. The product is stored in the European Union. Proline hoses are environmentally friendly products because the chemicals used do not contain cadmium, barium, lead, or phthalates. In addition, the high quality of the materials used virtually eliminates light transmission, which effectively reduces the possibility of algae settling inside the hose. The product is also suitable for contact with drinking water. The materials used are also resistant to UV radiation.

4-layer hose design: A special inner layer of the hose core made of healthy raw material suitable for contact with drinking water, which also serves as a seal for the product (prevents the hose from flaking). The outer layer of the hose core protects the product from algae deposition. Polyester yarn protects the product from changes in the technical parameters of the hose (the inner diameter of the product) and increases its resistance to pressure. The thickness of the thread and the density of the weave are selected according to the hose types and diameters. The cover layer is enriched with three longitudinal narrow strips arranged symmetrically along the perimeter of the hose and one wide longitudinal strip used to mark the product.
