Standard-length and elongated PROLINE hexagonal impact socket is offered in a wide range of sizes. It cooperates with pneumatic devices and is dedicated to difficult working conditions and changeable loads. Made from strong chromium-molybdenum (CrMo) steel, it has a longer working lifetime, twice the tensile strength, and three times the yield point compared to ordinary sockets made from chromium-vanadium tool steel. The PROLINE socket features specially profiled rounded open angles between the work planes, known as the PRO-DRIVE system, which mitigates excessive point loads accumulating in the internal edges of the socket. The PRO-DRIVE system provides increased torque without breaking the socket wall, increases socket lifetime, and protects the edges of the bolt head.
