Good product, but poor delivery service
The product packaging is around 1 metre long, making it impossible to put it in the letterbox. Previously, with delivery by La Poste, they always put bulky products in front of the front door of the house, a place well protected from rain and prying eyes. Now, Galaxue has changed the delivery company to Planzer. Planzer simply places the parcel on the ground, in the rain, next to a busy road.
