Good, but confusing accessories
(Almost) lives up to expectations. Unfortunately, the small accessories are jumbled together in small boxes. A foam insert with holes would have been more practical and easier to organise.
This is not the manufacturer's fault: unfortunately, I had neglected to choose post instead of Planzer from my preferred supplier and promptly received another damaged parcel. See picture. The delivery was also delayed several times (reported to Planzer's "digital assistant" AI, as always unsuccessfully): I was repeatedly put off asking when the delivery would be made, and I wasted a day waiting. Sorry, Galaxus: Stop with "next day delivery". This is definitely not the case with Planzer. Planzer received the parcel from your warehouse in Dintikon at 04:11 in the morning and postponed the delivery date several times a day and 2 days later I received the goods AFTER the agreed 4th date, but damaged.Pro
