My first Garmin Nüvi was not as fast, but less buggy when it came to navigation. This device is unfortunately for me a deterioration, compared to the "predecessor". It makes blatant not comprehensible errors. Actually defective. A Navi should actually support you while driving and not last annoying ...

Those who value nice design and fast calculation will be happy here. Who is demanding with alternate routes, not.

The part is junk. Completely unusable. Hands off! After the first update, Switzerland could no longer be found. But the exchange was possible without any problems.

Our previous Navigon had a matt display. Why the model that is about 10 years younger now has such reflections is inexplicable to me. In the car, the sun often shines in and these reflections are really annoying. Otherwise, it's a good navigation device.

About the taste of route guidance, navigation in the menus can be discussed a lot. I like the new Navi, but am also switched from an old Navigon.
Absolutely bad I find but the Navi holder. The suction cup comes off regularly. Has even happened once while driving! This is an absolute NO GO!

Indicates routes through paths that can not be driven for decades. Had to drive back in Italy already larger distances because we suddenly landed on a dirt road.

I bought this because FM is switched off and my old one is already quite old.
From the picture I am positively surprised and it drives well with it. The lane assistant is understandable and helps in foreign places very much.
However, the route guidance is not always useful that is, however, with all brands so. You should have the head with it.
At Digitec, the device is not quite correctly named, which initially caused confusion.
The addition of &Digital Traffic was missing but the model name is correct. (010-02037-13 )

Replaces my old Nüvi 56 LMT. The device has an ideal size and a high-resolution display. Extensive features with various driver information but all can be turned off. Good lane assistant, understandable voice. WLAN connection works, but updates can only be performed in network mode. A power supply is missing, and with the car cable it would go, but have no WLAN in the car ...
The DAB + traffic information is not really up to date, but is not Garmin.
The display is very reflective, an anti-reflective film would be suitable.

The Navi is great, connection to the satellite builds quickly, speed limits are displayed 250m BEFORE the panel with an audible signal. With the SW Garmin Express always the latest UpDates ready for download.

I find the mounting of the device on the suction cup or other helter skelter poor. Whether the plastic part still holds reliably after repeated engagement, I doubt.
Unfortunately, even with this model, no tour planning can be made on the PC and then imported.

amazing, crisp display and great!
Great display, route guidance sometimes a bit confusing, simple operation, high price
Good navigation device with good operation. Long time to start up and, after switching off for a while, time to find satellites tarnish the picture somewhat.
Very fast GPS, good display, but should show other information at the same time at the bottom right in addition to the arrival time. Main advantages: DAB+ and later Galileo-capable

On the whole, a good device. I found it weak that the device did not work properly out of the box: impossible route guidance, not via motorway etc.. Only after a firmware upgrade and resetting to factory settings did the device start to suggest usable routes. Are the devices tested at all before packaging? Online features like traffic reports etc. are good, but to get accurate traffic reports you have to pair the sat nav with a smartphone. The internet connection is then at your own expense. This is weaker than the competition, some of which have their own SIMs permanently installed. The traffic reports that come in via DAB are unusable. On my way home, for example, it regularly reports that delays are to be expected even though there are none. If it is coupled to live traffic reports, these false reports are immediately gone. It's quite possible that these false reports come from the radio station and that the device can't do anything about it. Otherwise, in general, GARMIN is a safe value for such devices. If you want a bigger display, you should take the DriveSmart 65 with the same functions.

New software. The first Garmin to support voice dialing. Speed alarm can be switched off. 3D view,

The navigation is good, as you would expect from Garmin. What is annoying in this device are the constantly popping up messages that a speed limit is coming in xx metres. The DAB traffic information receiver does not receive anything, contrary to what was promised. In the previous unit, you could choose from a variety of status lines with different information, such as arrival time, distance to destination, sea level etc. and display up to 5 of them. Now this no longer exists, there are only 2 information fields in the lower corners, which can also display all of this, but only 2 at a time.
+ good size
+ almost bezel-less screen
+ high resolution, sufficiently bright display
+ lifetime map update
+ DAB+ traffic information
o WLAN could be improved
- Antenna in cable
- Battery performance
The device does what it has to do. The connection to DAB is a bit difficult to understand and only possible with a charging cable in the car. Binding to APP on phone only for experienced users. The charging cable is still an old-fashioned round 12V plug... It is a pity that the price changes like on the stock exchange... Digitec should change that.
The battery lasts for about 10 minutes.... Without cable absolutely unusable.

Excellent product like all Garrmin products.
But the battery is really poor

A good GPS with a great screen, fits my needs with traffic info and photos of directions.
The first disappointment came when I wanted to update and download the maps. The internal memory is too small to download more than one region. I immediately ordered an SD card and it works like this. But at this price, I think it's really weak... in my opinion, it takes too much time to start the device and the battery should be stronger. The search for places (for example Florence airport) could be better, it can't be that you have to search for the exact airport name. A request to Garmin why the device has such a small memory remained unanswered.... Otherwise, the navigation works well and I can't complain about that.... But I don't think I would buy it again.
