Description wrong, helpless customer service
A robust, detachable cable is important for a commercial hoover. The description in the digitec shop mentions this feature. A device with a permanently mounted, very thin cable and plug for Germany or Austria is delivered. The adapter listed in the delivery note is missing.
The promised forwarding of the adapter has not yet arrived after one week.
The product image at digitec shows the Nilfisk VP300 eco with adjustable pipe.
For ten days, the photos of the effectively delivered product have been available to digitec, the information is still wrong!
No willingness from digitec to deliver the product as offered.
