RP-T2 thin sheet screw with a hexagon head and pressed-on washer. Made from bimetal (stainless steel A2/steel), nickel strike, galvanized blue, and anti-friction coated.

Application: Fastening of aluminum and steel profile sheets on aluminum and steel. Fastening of aluminum standing seam brackets on steel substructures.

Instructions: Apply the screw with increased pressure and low speed (approximately 200 turns). The pressure can be reduced once the thread engages. The speed can then be increased to approximately 1600 revolutions. Immediately before fitting the sealing washer, reduce the speed considerably and tighten the sealing washer until it compresses slightly.

Recommended tightening torque for steel substructures is approximately 3 Nm; for material thickness below 0.8 mm, use 1 Nm. For aluminum substructures, the recommended tightening torque is approximately 1 Nm; for material thickness below 0.8 mm, use 0.5 Nm.
