Sealed nozzle heaters with mica insulation. These nozzle heaters are hermetically sealed and provide liquid plastic in the manufacturing process. The heaters of this type offer long life where normal heaters with mica insulation fail earlier due to process leakage. These heaters are commonly used in injection molding machines, extruders, dies, moldings, and process machines. Manufactured by winding a resistance wire, insulated and provided with terminals, clad in brass housing for good mechanical strength and high protection. Supply voltage: 230 V, up to 300 °C.
