This thermocouple cable features silicone rubber insulation. The conductor is 7/0.2 mm, insulated with silicone rubber, and twisted with an outer sheath of silicone rubber. It offers excellent electrical and mechanical properties, is very flexible, and resistant to oils, acids, and other harmful liquids. It has good heat resistance up to 200°C but is not suitable for direct use in high-pressure steam. The cable is supplied in roll lengths of 25 or 50 m, with a tolerance class of 2 according to IEC 584. Insulation is rated for -40 to 200°C, with color coding for cores and sheath according to IEC 584-3.
