Screw-in heaters are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heaters have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 6000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 470 mm, a surface load of 10 W/cm², and an unheated zone of 60 mm. The design features automatic operation with a controller ranging from 0-95°C and a stainless steel connection housing with IP65 rating. They are used, for example, in washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are exclusively designed for industrial and commercial purposes.
