With the i-CON 1, ERSA has developed a soldering station that meets the requirements of the higher working temperatures and the increasingly smaller process windows of lead-free soldering.
Innovative technology - the highlights at a glance:
User-friendly "one-touch" operation: user-friendly station software with online help and easy menu navigation using i-Op menu selection. Large multifunction display.
Shut-down function: Adjustable sleep mode to save energy and extend the life of the heater and soldering tip. The i-Tool cools down to room temperature.
Energy Power Levels: Three power levels are available to choose from, controlling the heating element based on the amount of heat needed. At the highest setting, the system delivers the maximum power of 150 W; at the low setting, power is tightly controlled and no overshoot is allowed.
Process Window: Indicates to the operator on the display if the temperature leaves the preselected temperature process window.
