The clip attachment option for the bipolar stainless steel contact plates simplifies installation and offers even more flexibility, especially for increasingly compact engine compartments. Additional contact plates can be attached later by "clipping on" at any point along the high-voltage cable, as well as extending it using another contact plate specifically for larger engine compartments, such as those found in SUVs and motorhomes. The connection to terminal 15 is eliminated thanks to sensor technology. Additionally, a contact slider directly attached to the device makes the installation of a hood contact switch unnecessary. We also strongly recommend using the STOP&GO scent marker remover before any marten deterrent measures.
