The Tecmate Optimate TM500 DC-DC battery charger is a versatile charging solution that draws power from a 12V source battery to charge another battery, eliminating the need for a mains power connection. This automatic charger adapts to different battery types, including lead-acid STD, AGM, GEL and lithium-ion batteries with LiFePO4/LFP technology. It has a 2A constant current charging capability with a working range of 2V to 14.4V, allowing it to revitalise deeply discharged batteries from 2V. The charger operates in six automatic steps for appropriate battery health and includes battery management functionality to reactivate from sleep or deep discharge protection modes.
