Product details

Tesaband 4688 PE-extruded standard fabric adhesive tape. It is made of a 55 mesh PET non-woven fabric and a natural rubber adhesive. A typical repair tape that can be used in a variety of applications and has very good processing properties. High adhesive strength, even on rough surfaces. Water and aging resistant. Stiff yet flexible.

  • Easily tearable by hand. Easy to unroll. Certified by Areva according to the requirements of Siemens AG, standard TLV 9027/01/06 for nuclear power plants: Total halogen content < 1000 ppm. Total sulfur content < 1000 ppm.

Main applications: Marking, covering, packaging, protecting, securing; sealing boxes, cans, etc. Bonding construction films. Bundling cables. Splicing films. Marking parts during maintenance work in nuclear power plants.
