Description & Application Area
- The mortar can be used in dry and wet concrete
- For overhead installation, the threaded rod must be secured according to the working time
- Approved for use with standard threaded rods or TOX threaded rod Stix
Processing & Installation
- Use a sieve sleeve for hollow blocks
- Clean the drill hole
- Screw the static mixer firmly onto the cartridge
- Mark the set depth on the anchor rod if it deviates from the standard
- Discard the first approximately 10 cm of the composite mortar and do not use it for fastening
- Fill the cleaned drill hole about 2/3 full with composite mortar, or completely fill it when using a sieve sleeve
- Insert the anchor rod with slight twisting motions to the specified set depth
- Observe the torque and curing times of the applicable approvals
- The mortar can be used in both dry and damp concrete
- For processing coaxial, peeler, and tube film cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster and Liquix Blaster Pro dispensing guns; for side-by-side cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster Plus dispensing gun.
