Description & Application Area
• Liquix Pro 1 is a styrene-free vinyl ester composite mortar, available in various cartridge types and sizes with the Liquix Mix static mixer
• For approval-relevant attachments in cracked and uncracked concrete and masonry
• Approved in conjunction with standard threaded rods or TOX threaded rod Stix

Processing & Installation
• Use a sieve sleeve in hollow masonry
• Clean the drill hole
• Screw the static mixer firmly onto the cartridge
• Mark the anchor rod for a set depth that deviates from the standard
• Discard the first approx. 10 cm of the composite mortar and do not use it for the attachment
• Fill the cleaned drill hole about 2/3 full from the bottom, or completely fill it with composite mortar when using a sieve sleeve
• Insert the anchor rod with slight twisting movements to the specified set depth
• Observe the torque and curing times of the respective valid approvals
• The mortar can be used in dry or damp concrete as well as in water-filled drill holes
• For processing coaxial, peeler, and tube film cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster and Liquix Blaster Pro dispensing guns; for side-by-side cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster Plus dispensing gun.
