Since 1828, VBW has offered an exceptionally extensive bolt cutter program for fire departments, THW (Technical Relief Organization), and the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). Unlike many competitors, all individual parts of the bolt cutters at VBW are sourced from their own German production. While other German manufacturers often import cheap blanks for further processing, VBW produces these blanks in their own German manufacturing facility. VBW tools are 100% made in Germany, from the blank to the finished product. Replacement knife heads are available for all VBW bolt cutters.
