As the unit is equipped with a real-time clock, the MIN/MAX/AVG values can be read with a time stamp, which greatly simplifies long-term monitoring. In addition to the wire sensors supplied (1 pc. per channel), all K- and J-type temperature sensors with miniature thermocouple plugs can be connected.
