Product details
Non-contact temperature measurement. Whether it's cracks in facades or leaks in pipelines, the applications of the Voltcraft WB-80 are diverse. With a fixed focal length and a thermal sensitivity of 247 mK, it is also suitable for checking solar systems, machinery, or heating systems within a temperature range of -20 to 600 °C. A 32 x 32 pixel bolometer is used for measurement across the entire wavelength spectrum at a frame rate of 9 Hz. To accurately capture the temperature, the emissivity can be adjusted to the material being measured, and temperature compensation is also available to avoid influences from ambient temperature.
Detailed analysis. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the WB-80 not only feels good and secure in the hand, but it also features a practical cold and hot spot tracking function to easily identify the hottest and coolest areas. The 2-inch TFT-LCD display allows for representation in 4 color palettes: IRON Red (red), RGB color, grayscale (white hot), and grayscale (black hot). This enables recorded objects to be displayed with the greatest possible contrast for better analysis. Internally, over 100 recordings can be stored, and a USB port is available for data transfer. The camera is splash-proof according to IP54 standards, and batteries along with a practical carrying case are included for immediate use.
Combination of a visual camera and a thermal imaging camera. The thermal overlay consists of a thermal image superimposed over a visual image, with the field of view (FOV) aligned. The combined image provides a completely new visual experience—a thermal signature with spatial perception in daylight that cannot be achieved with thermal images alone. Special feature: integrated digital camera.
