The WEICON strippers allow for quick and safe stripping of all common round cables. The product family of strippers includes various types that are easy to handle and deliver precise results. The Coax Stripper No. 2 enables stepwise stripping of all common coaxial cables, NYM cables, and flexible cables. No adjustment of the cutting depth is necessary. The Coax Stripper No. 2 strips coaxial cables with a diameter of 4.8 to 7.5 mm, NYM cables of 3 x 0.75 mm², and flexible cables of 10 and 16 mm². When using the stripper, a precise cut pattern is achieved during the stripping process. With the knife of the stripper on side A, for example, the first sheath of a coaxial cable can be removed. Subsequently, the inner conductor is stripped using side B.
