Product description YT-18616 Joint cutter for cutting thick copper and aluminum wires. The cutting element is made of forged CrMo steel with induction-hardened and polished cutting edges. The cutting jaws are made of forged steel marked 55CrMo. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to 52-58 HRC. The jaws are attached to the handles via connectors. Capable of cutting wires with a cross-section of up to 240 mm² and a maximum diameter of 17.5 mm. Profiled protective grips for the handles. Maximum cutting diameter: 17.5 mm. Material: CrMo.
