Whether mounted on the wall or ceiling, the Circula enhances orientation in the dark and increases safety. The Tunable-Warm function allows for free choice of color temperature within the warm light range. With the Zigbee function, the color temperature can be adjusted between 2,200 Kelvin and 3,000 Kelvin. In its default setting, the light turns on at dusk with 20% brightness and 2,200 Kelvin thanks to the integrated twilight sensor. The desired light color and brightness can be individually adjusted via an app. When someone approaches, the outdoor light switches to 100% brightness and 3,000 Kelvin due to the built-in motion sensor. After about 30 seconds, it reverts to the saved light color and brightness. 2,200 Kelvin falls outside the visible range for most insects, thus preventing them from being attracted to the additional light source, making the light particularly insect-friendly. Zigbee is a wireless transmission protocol that connects devices from different manufacturers. It is compatible with smart home gateways that have a Zigbee interface.
