Question about Philips Hue motion sensor
After changing the battery, the sensor no longer works. Battery level still empty. Does anyone have any ideas or the same problem?
I had this problem exactly one hour ago ;-)
Make sure the batteries are really well in. They do not engage noticeably. After that, it can take a few minutes until the system reports the battery status of the sensor as "good" again. For me it works perfectly again. I had the problem with two sensors. I opened the housing of both sensors and pressed the batteries in again. Good luck!
