There is a bracket with a hole at the front of the lid. The two door leaves also have brackets with holes. You can connect these 3 holes with a lock and fix everything in place. It holds quite well, but the Keter has to stand quite straight otherwise the holes are not at the same height! It has small notches at the bottom that click into place, but nothing more. It is stable during storms.
