Are the "legs" of different lengths at the top and bottom? At what height is the shelf measured from above and below?

The legs at the bottom are 18.5 cm long, the shelf itself is 5 cm long and then it goes up another 12.5 cm. I think you could put the whole thing the other way round just as well - the only difference I can see is that a screw hole would then be at the top in the middle, but that's under the pot anyway.
