Are the screwdrivers magnetic so that the screws stick to them?

Yup. They are.

In my case, they were not magnetic. But the PB screwdrivers are all magnetisable.
This can be done quickly with the "Swiss Tools PB Magnetiser PB 500" or simply a strong neodymium magnet.
