Can this bracket support a 2x1m solar panel weighing 25kg when screwed to the wall? What is the maximum length of the long legs when extended?

It is possible for the bracket to be mounted on the wall and support a weight of 25 kg. Please note, however, that when the bracket is mounted on the wall, the (short and long) legs must bear more "weight" (from the bracket and gravitational pull) than when mounted on a flat surface. The legs can be extended to a maximum length of 70 cm.
