Dear DTU buyers. I have the same problem. Over a week ago, I contacted Galaxus support regarding the installer account. account. Unfortunately, I have already called 3 times. I was promised an answer date, which was not kept. So far I have still not heard anything. Could you solve the problem??? The only solution I can see is to return the product and place a new order with another distributor. Other distributors just deliver the account with the hardware, which is actually logical. I will document the further course of action here so that other customers are spared this trouble if possible. I would be very pleased to receive a brief reply. Kind regards Urs
