Can only start the radio with fluk mode on the iPhone 12pro. Otherwise there is no sound with any application. Even unpairing and re-pairing puts the sound out of action for several hours.

Device replaced, now everything works perfectly.

Which connection problems? I have a total of 2 of these radios in operation and have not yet experienced any problems with the
