Answer

The meater block must always be close to the temperature sensor, i.e. you can place the meater block next to your combi steamer (assuming that you want to measure the temperature there) and then connect it via WLAN, then you can read the temperature of the sensors on any floor value (via Cloud also in another village :-)) on your mobile device.
