That can happen, but what happened from then until now, or what didn't happen, is clearly a case of being taken for a ride. In the meantime, the first reminder has arrived, despite the promised reminder block. Galaxus also got in touch with Conrad to clarify the whole thing and then to inform me, but that probably ended up in the bin. Or the "internal department responsible for the dealer programme" is simply incapable of solving a problem within the time it takes to pay the invoice. So I think Galaxus will wait until they have the money and then... and then... in all likelihood, according to my current experience, nothing will happen.
