Fit for Golf 6? According to bosch, they are the right ones but arrived without adapters and are therefore unbreakable

I bought them for the 2008 Passat estate and the fitted mount didn't fit despite the model compatibility printed on the packaging.
I am unsure and would prefer to order according to the model number.
My windscreen wipers ended up in the rubbish bin and as I needed them urgently, I had to buy them from a retailer.
