Hello, I assume they are the same machines.

My assessment of the machine: OK for occasional drilling, tedious for screwing in screws (it's actually a drilling machine) and not suitable as an impact drill (e.g. reinforced concrete) (no real impact). I would not buy the machine again.

I'm not familiar with the second product. So I can't give you any information.
